As an Amazon Flex delivery partner, you have even more ways to maximize your earnings with promotions and celebrate your achievements through the Challenges page in Your Dashboard.

The Challenges page highlights available promotions that can help you earn extra by completing specific delivery goals within set timeframes. These promotions are personalized and offered to delivery partners based on location and demand. When a promotion becomes available to you, you will see it and be able to track your progress under Challenges in Your Dashboard.

The Challenges page also showcases all your achievement badges. These achievements celebrate your milestones and accomplishments, and include the customer thank-you’s that you received for delivering smiles. You will also earn special badges for participating in key events like Prime Big Deal Days. Each new achievement appears automatically in your Dashboard.

To explore your current and past challenges, simply visit Your Dashboard and select "See all challenges." The “Active” tab displays ongoing promotions and available achievements, while the “History” tab lets you look back at your accomplishments. Once you complete a promotion, you'll receive your additional earnings within two weeks.

Check Your Dashboard in the Amazon Flex app regularly to discover new earnings opportunities and track your achievement badges as you continue delivering smiles to Amazon customers.
