Thank My Driver is back!

Update 1/02/26: After extraordinary participation by the community, drivers have been thanked through Thank My Driver millions of times in the U.S. and the 2025 promotion is now over. The Compliments don't stop though! If you receive a special thanks, you’ll continue to get Compliments in the Amazon Flex app, which you can view in Your Dashboard.

Update 12/11/25: Thanks for all you do to deliver smiles to customers during the holiday season! We recently announced that starting on December 3, when a customer types “thank my driver” on the Amazon shopping site or mobile app, or says “Alexa, thank my driver” to an Alexa-enabled device, the driver who completed the customer’s most recent delivery will receive $5, for the first 2 million ‘thank yous.’ Customers must really appreciate you, as drivers received 2 million ‘thank yous’ in eight days!Starting December 11, the 200 most-thanked Amazon Flex delivery partners each day will be eligible to receive a $100 award. Limit one $100 award per driver for the duration of the promotion, which ends on December 31, 2025.

We are incredibly thankful for all you do to bring joy to Amazon customers all year long – and they are too! That is why we are thrilled to announce the return of Thank My Driver, helping Amazon customers show you their appreciation for delivering smiles this holiday season.

Since the first Thank My Driver campaign in 2022, customers have thanked their delivery drivers over 46 million times. That overwhelming response demonstrates your positive impact on customers every day.

Starting December 3, when a customer types “thank my driver” on the Amazon shopping site or mobile app, or says “Alexa, thank my driver” to an Alexa-enabled device, the individual who completed the customer’s most recent delivery will receive $5. This will run for the first 2 million ‘thank yous’ submitted across all driver types (DSP Delivery Associates, Amazon Flex delivery partners, and Hub Delivery Associates) by customers in total. After the first 2 million ‘thank yous’ are reached, the 200 most-thanked Amazon Flex delivery partners each day will be eligible to receive a $100 award. Limit one $100 award per driver for the duration of the promotion, which ends on December 31, 2025.

You will see the additional ‘thank you’ payment reflected in the Earnings tab of the Amazon Flex app. You will also receive a special Thank My Driver Compliment badge, which you can view in Your Dashboard in the Amazon Flex app.
