We know you care about being a successful delivery partner, and we want you to succeed as well. The Standings feature in the Amazon Flex app is an easy way to see information about your recent delivery history, and how you can continuously improve while delivering with Amazon Flex.

Standings is designed to show you how your deliveries compare to program expectations. There are four Standings: Fantastic, Great, Fair, and At Risk. Most delivery partners have a Fantastic or Great standing, which means you are providing excellent service. Additionally, the higher your standing, the more Amazon Flex Rewards points you earn. With Amazon Flex Rewards, you have access to great rewards – such as cash back and other tools – to help you save money and time.

Here are the four areas in Standings that help you succeed as a delivery partner:

Arrival and pickup: showing up for your block, arriving on time, and responsible cancellation

You have the flexibility to work when you want, including scheduling and canceling blocks. For blocks you have scheduled, we expect you to arrive and check in on time. The earliest you should arrive is 15 minutes before your block start time. If you can’t make it to a block, we expect you to cancel at least 45 minutes before it starts (or within 5 minutes of scheduling if you scheduled a block less than 45 minutes before it starts).

Delivery: delivering on time, completing every delivery, and customers receiving the item

This is about getting packages to Amazon customers on time. We expect you to contact customers if you need help accessing a delivery location, to do your best to follow reasonable customer instructions, and to place packages in a safe location.

Returns: returning left over packages, returning on time, and using the Amazon Flex app to scan returns

We understand sometimes you may not be able to complete a delivery. If you have an undelivered package, we expect you to return it to the original pick-up location at the end of your block or by 10 a.m. the next day.

Terms of Service: adherence to policies such as not using bots, and accurately marking items "undeliverable"

All delivery partners are expected to follow the Amazon Flex Terms of Service. These policies include not using automated tools, such as bots, as well as accurately marking why a package is undeliverable if you’re ever unable to make a delivery.

You can view your standing anytime by visiting ‘Your Dashboard’ in the Amazon Flex app.
