Enhancing your Amazon Flex experience with updated instant offers

We understand that you want to make the most of your time on the road, which is why Amazon Flex has two offer types for delivery partners to earn: “blocks” that you can schedule in advance, and “instant offers” that start right away. We’re excited to make it even easier to find instant offers with a new interactive map experience in the Amazon Flex app that shows you exactly where delivery opportunities are available in your area.

If there is a participating instant offer location in your area, you will now see an “Online” option on the Offers screen of the Amazon Flex app. To start seeing available instant offers, toggle “Online” while within 3-15 minutes of the delivery pick-up site for the best chance of receiving an instant offer.

When there’s an available opportunity near you, you will receive a notification in the Amazon Flex app. After viewing the offer, swipe “Accept” to start the delivery. Since these offers are sent to one delivery partner at a time, you’ll have about one minute to accept the offer at the time it is offered to you in the app.
